76Bromelain... is a beautiful 'Thing'
Bromelain actually helped my chronic heartburn and I am sure it assisted in my shoulder joint recovery. Bromelain has been reported as an effecting healing aid, and natural source of anti-inflammatory. The first time I tried it, it did not seem to work. I used neither enough of it, nor for long enough period. But, it actually works.

An article on the use of garlic as an aid to reducing cholesterol, or perhaps to boost your immune system. Or... as just a way to annoy someone by increasing your level of stinky-ness. Perhaps good for a halloween joke, but garlic, taken in HIGH dosage, is very very stinky indeed. Don't try it, I GUARANTEE even the Love of Your Life will not approach you, if you've taken high dosage Garlic? She may even tell you to simply "Get Out". NOT one of my favorite supplements... for social reasons.
